• Lounge access is complimentary only for the Card member
• Lounge access is only applicable for Departure.
• Complimentary access can be availed 6 times in one year
• Customers are required to maintain following threshold to be eligible for complimentary access:

Average deposit balance of a minimum amount of BDT 75 lac

or

Average Current/Savings account balance of a minimum amount of BDT 25 lac

or

Salaried individuals maintaining any banking relationship with City Bank (Deposit or Loan) of a minimum of BDT 15 lac

• Complimentary Priority Pass fee reimburse: Customers maintaining an average yearly balance of BDT 50 lac or above in Current/Savings account can get complimentary Priority pass fee reimbursed after availing the lounge facilities for International Lounge (Outside Bd) upto 4 times in a year (for Citygem member only).
