Complimentary Health Screening is a partnered medical check-up service of Citygem Priority Banking, where eligible Citygem customers can avail this service once a year. This service can be availed from our selected list of partners United Hospital Dhaka, Evercare Hospital Dhaka and Evercare Hospital Chattogram.

Eligibility Criteria

• Complimentary Health Screening service will be available to customers maintaining an average yearly balance of BDT 5 million (Tk. 50 lac) in Current/Savings account.
• Customers are requested to present valid Citygem debit card at service point for identification.
• Eligibility criteria may be changed as per discretion of Bank.

City Bank will communicate with customers who are eligible to avail the service. Customers are to then communicate with designated wealth manager for service request placement.
